Todd has served in various roles as one of the founding Pastors of Grace Baptist until his transition to Senior Pastor on June 1, 2020. Originally from Georgia, Todd and his wife Stephanie, a native of Wisconsin, met in college and married in 1999. God has blessed the Meadows with four children–Sydnee, Braedon, Averi, and Kendyl.
Todd has been involved in ministry since 1995 when he began serving as a youth intern during college. In 1999, he graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He and his wife then moved to Fort Worth, Texas where Todd attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity. Todd graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky with a Doctorate of Ministry in Family Ministry.

Ricky began serving Grace Baptist Church as Pastor of Administration, Outreach, and Men’s Ministries upon its founding in 2006. He attended college at Georgia State University with a major in Aviation Management. Upon graduation, he married his wife, Tonja, and began a career in retail management. They are blessed with two adult children, Aleshia (and Micael) and Dalton (Mary Chase). Also the proud grandfather of Gracie (2011) and Savannah (2018), and Milo (2023). In 2000, he felt God’s call into ministry and began attending Shorter Baptist College in Rome, Georgia seeking a degree in Church Recreation Ministry. After graduating from Shorter, he began serving as a Minister of Recreation and Outreach in Somerset and continued in that position until his call to Grace.

Michael has served as Pastor of Discipleship & Missions since 2018. Originally from Russell Springs, Ky, Michael and his wife Jami, married in 1998. They have one child, Chloe Grace West.
Previously Michael served as Executive Vice-President for Premier Integrity Solutions from 2007-2018. Prior to that, he served in various full-time positions in churches throughout Kentucky, before coming to Grace in 2008. He graduated from Boyce College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Biblical Studies. He is currently working towards a Master degree at Union School of Theology.

Matt joined Grace Baptist Church as the Pastor of Students and Families in 2020. Matt is a native of Rome, GA, and his wife, Torey, is a native of Nancy, KY. By God’s grace they married in 2007 and have five wonderful children: Ezekiel, Esther, Ezra, Eve, and Enoch.
Since 2001, Matt has had the privilege of serving in a variety of ministries in Georgia and Kentucky. In particular, the Lord has afforded him the opportunity to work with children, families, students, and worship ministries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Berry College (2005), a Master of Divinity in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2009), and a Doctorate of Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2015).

Scott began serving as Pastor of Worship in June 2022 Originally from Hazard, KY, Scott and his wife, Jennifer, married in 2007. They have two girls, Isabella and Emmaline.
Scott served as Director of Bands and Chair of Fine Arts for Pikeville Independent Schools from 2012-2022. Additional conducting positions include Associate Professor of Conducting at Campbellsville University, Orchestra Conductor of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Orchestra, and Assistant Director of Bands at the University of Michigan. He received his Bachelors of Music Education from Morehead State University and the Masters of Music and Doctor of Music Arts degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. Scott is also Founder and Music Director of the Sacred Winds Ensemble and President of Sacred Winds Ministries.

Lay Elder

Chad began serving as a lay elder in August 2023. He is a Pulaski County native and has been a member of Grace Baptist since 2010. He married his wife, Debbie, in 2003, and they have three children, Carter, Corban, and Caroline.
Upon graduating from high school, Chad attended the University of Northwestern Ohio and received his certification as an agri-diesel mechanic. Several years later, Chad began sensing the Lord calling him in a different direction. He attended Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, earning a degree in pastoral ministries in 2010. Since that time, he has continued to work as a mechanic and equipment operator. He has served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher while at Grace and finds it a great privilege to join the council of elders as they shepherd this body of believers.

Mark began serving as Lay Elder in May 2024. He was raised in Pulaski County and is a founding member of Grace Baptist Church. He and Jill were married in 1986 and have 4 children, Dustin, Devin, Danay, and Dylana. They also have been blessed with 6 grandchildren.
Mark attended the University of Maryland where he played basketball and graduated with a degree in Pre-Law. Professionally, Mark spent 34 years representing several major pharmaceutical manufacturers in the healthcare industry. He has served as a deacon at Grace Baptist and has taught Sunday school for various ages groups for over 25 years. He considers it a great honor to serve the body of believers at Grace Baptist as he joins the Council of Elders.
